The AEG Membership Journey
Our success depends on carefully selecting, vetting, onboarding, and engaging our candidates, as follows:
1. Referral and Review
Membership is by invitation to accomplished elite business advisors who embrace AEG’s core values.
2. Participation
Candidates are encouraged to participate in 1-2 AEG events to see and be seen by members to mutually evaluate alignment.
3. Interview
AEG’s membership committee evaluates each candidate’s expectations, capabilities, and fit with the AEG culture.
4. Vetting
If there is mutual interest in membership, the applicant undergoes a background check, vetting by members, and committee review.
5. Approval and Offer
After passing reviews, AEG offers applicant membership and, if accepted, formalizes with a membership agreement.
6. Onboarding
New member shares their preferences, needs, and expectations, is introduced to members, and meets with AEG leadership.
7. Engagement
AEG promotes new members, offers visibility in social media and newsletters, engages them in networking and offers opportunities.
